Headlining OXEGEN this year are… Kings of Leon, The Killers, Snow Patrol, Blur
And they’ll be joined by… Bloc Party, Razorlight, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Pete Doherty, Elbow, Lily Allen, Keane, Lady Gaga, Manic Street Preachers, The Specials, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Ting Tings, TV on the Radio, The Script, Katy Perry, James, Paulo Nutini, Florence and the Machine, The Foals, White Lies, The Game, Of Montreal, Friendly Fires, Fight Like Apes, Pendulum, Hockey, Wallis Bird, Digitalism, The Mars Volta, Ladyhawke, Swedish House Mafia, Miss Kittin and The Hacker (Live) Squeeze Crookers and Jason Mraz.
Tickets go on general release on Friday 6th March 2009 at 08:00hrs nationwide and are priced at a 2008 price freeze of 224.50 Euro (incl. booking fee) for 3 day including camping ticket. For an extra 20 Euro fans can purchase a 4 day ticket including camping ticket to include Thursday also.
OXEGEN 2009 is subject to license.
As per 2008’s event, the following conditions still apply:
Strictly 17s and over only - ID required and will be checked vigorously before entry. Under 17s will only be admitted if accompanied by guardian/relative 25 years or over who will sign for and accept responsibility for said person. Policy will be strictly enforced - persons who purchase and ignore conditions will be refused entry with NO refund.
