• In 2006, there were 272,350 victims of rape, attempted rape or sexual assaults according to the 2006 National Crime Victimization Survey

No matter where you stay, you'll always want to feel safe. Various things are available to keep yourself protected. It is comforting to know if one has several options when you consider personal safety, however, this is precisely the problem with self-defense--there are plenty of different self-protecting products on the market from pepper sprays to stun guns. Few dollars can protect your life.
