The National Academy of Public Administration (National Academy) and the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO) have launched a project to help young adults take charge of their own financial future and participate in the public debate about how best to secure national, state and community fiscal sustainability. Using a new fiscal game, Budgetball, as a means to engage students, ten Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) will be selected to participate in the Budgetball Civic Engagement Initiative during the 2009-2010 school year.....
