The Illinois General Assembly is set to meet this week to debate solutions to the months-old mass transit debacle facing Northeastern Illinois. Without the enactment of permanent funding solutions, the Chicago Transit Authority, Metra, and Pace will implement significant service cuts and fare increases on January 20.

Illinois needs your to help make sure our elected officials seize this opportunity once and for all, and that both Chicagoland and downstate needs are met.

If elected to State Legislature, I pledge to dilligently continue expanding mass transit and making it more efficient. I will work to greatly reduce our carbon footprint and cut traffic congestion and travel time for people using personal vehicles to make it to work.
