Constituents of the 41st State Representative District must take the actions of Mr. Bob Biggins into deep consideration. For a man prided on his efforts to cater to the family values oriented voters, he has placed himself in a very difficult predicament. How does driving under the influence of alcohol look to church-goers? How does it look to those who don't even attend? Anyone claiming to be pro-life (even if intoxicated) should be able to control their actions and avoid putting the lives of others in danger!
I'm normally a good judge of character and I think it would be a major "lapse of judgment" if voters go to the polls supporting Mr. Biggins.
