I am happy to have a copy of Mojave’s Crow’s Funeral in my hands. The Vancouver based band made the trip to Hamilton in March to record a follow up to their debut, Stories. The band wanted their second release to have a more organic sound than Stories. Catherine North may very well be one of the most “organic” recording environments there is.

The CD was launched Saturday, May 30 at Café Deux Soleils in Vancouver. I couldn’t make it, but producer Dan Achen made the trip and he brought back a few copies of the disc.
