Thirty-four-year-old Niquarus O. Rawls stole bankcard numbers of several customers of the Deland restaurant where he was employed as a server.  Rawls took the stolen card numbers to a sporting goods store located in the Seminole Town Center Mall in Sanford.  Rawls would then give the card numbers to acquaintance and store employee, twenty-six-year-old Shaira Garcia.  Garcia manually keyed in the card numbers and allowed Rawls to make several large purchases. Rawls and Garcia completed a total of seventeen transactions beginning in late April and continuing over a four-week period.  The amount of merchandise and gift cards taken from the store using the stolen card numbers was $24,000.72.
