Lesson Preparation

Please be aware that the following are guidelines, not rules, which are aimed at enhancing the ease and comfort of your yoga practice.

It is advisable to eat no less than two hours before class.

You should try to avoid drinking water during yoga practice, if possible. Therefore, it is advisable to be fully hydrated before class (but not so much you will need the toilet!)

Especially for Yin Yoga, it is best to avoid caffeine if possible before class. If this is not possible, try to drink plenty of water also.

What to wear

Loose, comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and bare feet.

You may like to keep socks and a jumper/ sweater at hand also, for relaxation.

What you will need

If it is a private session, please specify if you do not have a mat and/or a CD player and I can provide them.

If you need to cancel a private lesson

Please give me 24 hours notice.

In this note

No one.
