If you have immediate concerns about a child please call the NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000 or ChildLine on 0800 11 11 if you are a child yourself and need help.

You need to be happy to be identified and not be put at risk by speaking out. (If you are under 18 you will need parental consent to take part.)

So you will have had some help in getting the bullying stopped. We are ideally looking to speak to people who feel they have moved on and dealt with the original problem.

We may not be able to respond to everyone. It depends whether your story fits with our campaign - but all your responses are highly valued.

Please send us as much information about your experience as you’d like to tell us, and the best way to contact you.

Please be aware, if we think a child is at significant risk we will refer this to the NSPCC Helpline.
Today (24 November) The Daily Mirror and the Daily Record invites readers to donate to the NSPCC’s Child's Voice Appeal. Today’s editions each feature a supplement urging people to donate online or by text and has interviews with ChildLine founder Esther Rantzen, NSPCC ambassador Peter Andre and John Cameron, Head of the NSPCC helpline.

Read Esther Rantzen’s article in today’s Daily Mirror and find out how you can donate.

ChildLine now gives children a choice in the way they can receive the support they need – whether by telephone, online or text. Using the same technology, you can get in touch with the NSPCC to find out more about the Child’s Voice Appeal and make a donation.

So how do you donate?

You can text DONATE to 70444 or alternatively you can call us on 0904 160 0146. The service will stay open until 31 December 2009.

With a single text or call you will enable us to help and protect many more children who desperately need our support – please help us to ensure that every child’s voice is heard.

Or please visit www.childsvoiceappeal.org.uk to find out more about how you can help children in the UK.

Help spread the word by picking up a copy of The Daily Mirror or Daily Record today and showing it to your friends and family!
