Looking to find out who the head of "This Institution" is. Earlier today someone implied that she held that position and I found it a little hard to believe ... considering the MISSION of the SBDC. I was exercising my RIGHTS as a small business owner and taxpayer (NYS right?) ... and I'm still a bit confused about her...
