Tigers Defense Steps Up in Big Home Win 23 Nov 2009, 9:00 pm
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 24, 2009) - The high scoring Tigers, who scored 79 tonight and are averaging 82 a game this season, showed off another side to their game when a stingy first half defense propelled them to a big home win over the rival Panthers. Chapman has been to the NCAA tournament for the past nine seasons, last year knocking off the Tigers in overtime to advance to the second round. So even though this was only the third game of the season for both squads, the energy level was very high throughout the contest. Read more >>

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 24, 2009) - Oxy returned to the friendly confines of Rush gymnasium for the first time since the end of the 2009 season. Waiting for them were the very athletic Eagles, from the American Sports University, who started the game looking like they would to spoil the homecoming. But the patient and relentless attack of the Tigers eventually wore down the visitors as the host team cruised to a 75-51 victory. Read more >>

CLEVELAND, Ohio (Nov. 21, 2009) - The top 35 finishers at the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships earn the honor of calling themselves All-Americans. Occidental College sophomore Eric Kleinsasser fell in that group on Saturday morning in a race hosted by Baldwin-Wallace College at the Highland Park Golf Course. Read more >>
