Although Obama is taking steps to protect our oceans like no other president, we need to shop support for this treaty.

OceanHealth.Org Much needed marine protected areas were adopted today in California. From San Mateo County to Mendocino County, 11% of the ocean will be protected from overfishing. The process continues to protect more of California's coasts. Marine protected areas create marine parks, just like we have done for our land resources already. Their will be no future for our oceans without areas that are preserved.
