Ogden's Christmas Village

Ogden's Christmas Village Jerry Green, the founder of Christmas Village passed away in Southern California yesterday. His family will hold his funeral Monday at Lindquist & Son and visit Christmas Village in the evening as a tribute to the Mr. Green. I hope that I can leave such a legacy for so many when I am gone. May peace find you during the season!

Ogden's Christmas Village

Ogden's Christmas Village Last night was an enormous success! Have you all seen the article this morning in the Deseret News? It is wonderful! Make sure you visit the Village. It is fabulous this year - lots of new lights in the trees and the new penny cottage by Santa's Castle where you can watch your pennies slide down the shoots - the money... is to help pay for additional attractions for the children.

Ogden's Christmas Village They will start putting the cottages for Christmas Village in the park on November 1st. If you have an evening bring the kids down to Historic 25th Street, have dinner, and watch them place the cottages. It is such a process and the Parks Department does a wonderful job!
