Linda Dague FordI love my Old Bay and use it on so many dishes, but lately, I am fond of Shrimp Quesadilias-I use the regular flour tortillas, four Mexican shredded cheese, whole medium cooked shrimp, plenty of Old Bay and salt sprinkled over the cheese and Shrimp, cover with another flour tortilla and cook with a quesadillia maker (o...r fry in oil in frying pan). Talk about melt in your mouth---------great for protein boost and the taste is out of this world with Old Bay!!!!!!
