My oldest son and youngest daughter are both Firefighters in Maryland. For awhile they were stationed at the same Fire Station. They used so much Old Bay that the other firefighters rename the old bay by putting a new label on it. They renamed it Sullivan Seasoning after my two children.

Try softening a stick of butter, mixing with tablespoon of Old Bay, rolling it into some plastic wrap and into the fridge - Old Bay butter!
