Mike Fox I read below that ONStar will work on certain manual locks. I have a 2009 2500HD Silverado. Will the "Unlock" service work????

Cynthia Villasenor OnStar informed me via email that I could be saving money on my car insurance because of the low milage and lack of use on my one vehicle. I didn't know that so I called my insurance company and sure enough, I got a discount and a refund. Thanks OnStar!

i actually work for Onstar, what we usually suggest is that you log on to the website for instructions, there's a link which says, "voice recognition tips"..hope this helps..
