look was a sexy eye with a little '80s glam," said makeup artist Julie Harris,
who created the look.
Ge...t the look by blending Obsidian, a charcoal shadow along the crease, a
wash of Sesame, a silver blue on the lid and inner corner, and line lashlines
with Willow, a blue liner. Harris gave the bottom lashes some love by layering black and charcoal shadow, and finished with two coats of black mascara.
