Oz Report Officers: One nominat for Treasurer: Mark G. Forbes, one for Secretary: Rich Hass, VP: Gaskill, and Wills, Pres: Tate. Only one contested elecetion. A bad sign for the USHPA for anyone looking for change. This means additional work for some of us.

Oz Report Gregg Ludwig is in contact with a FAA on a monthly basis to get us to be allowed to tow hang glider pilots with a Sport Pilot License.

Oz Report Mike Haley handled the situation well, even though he had strong opinions. There were a lot of feelings, but they were held mostly in check.

Oz Report The rational was that by the open distance scoring used in the FAI scoring formula (these formulas have no problem with open distance) and the most liberal GAP parameters (those from Maryland) it was worth 70%. Also this is the averge of the overall validty of the hang gliding meets for the last two years.
