I'm glad to see a recipe for squirrel. My friend "acquired" one the other day. After he taught me how to clean it, I put it in the freezer until I could find a delicious way to cook it.

Hurrah! I've been busy this last week making cheesecake and stroganoff, which have been added to the sit. Soon I will be making my wedding cake, which is very exciting. I also fancy doing a good fish pie at some point, so look out for that.

After a brief hiaitus, 101 Things is back! In the last week I've added recipes for how to make your own butter at home and a chicken pilaf. The butter was very much fun and it's great to be back cooking again. Make sure to kick my arse should I ever go that long without an update again.

101 Things Every Cook Should Cook Hi Derek. Good point about the won ton being Chinese rather than Japanese, I'll amend that. The reason I mixed it up is that I also made gyoza the same day, which are Japanese.
