Randy Lisa Braga McCormick Bowling my first tournament tracking my scores. I used the open bowling section but it sure would have been nice to have a tournament section so I can keep my scores seperate. The ability to identify the tournament would also be nice but not necessary. Thanks!

Love the new update with target/position on approach, oil pattern (especially helpful for me since I'm bowling PBA league)...but I still would like to see the update that allows you to select how many games per series, instead of entering each game individually under each day. You should be able to preselect the numbe...r of games and then it could either automatically select the lane number (i.e., in league game 1 starts on lane 12, game 2 starts on lane 11, game 3 on lane 12), but also leave the option to enter the lane number if you're in a tournament and moving/skipping pairs...just my opinion. Otherwise, this update was near perfect...thanks for giving us die-hard bowlers an option on the iPhone similar to Frames on my old Windows based phones...Read More

Thanks, Bruce, glad to hear you're enjoying the new update! As far as entering a series of games at one time, I have scheduled that feature for the next release. No ETA on when I will submit it to the App Store yet, but going to shoot for early next month.

Just wanted to mention that it would be great to see in the new version, if you can allow bowlers to view all there games at once in a graph, so we can see our highs and lows for the money. also it's a bit irritating to have to open each individual game to see the score for a particular game, so if you set up a screen where we can view just the final game scores. BTW great job on the app

I've found 12 Strikes to be an excellent bowling statistics program. Have you entertained the idea to generate a version for DuckPin and CandleStick bowling. The only difference between 10-pin and the other two bowling games is 2-balls Vs. 3-balls. All the other rules are the same.
There are lots of DuckPin and Ca...ndleStick bowlers out there who are iPhone owners and would love to have an app to assist with their games!

2.0 is still waiting for approval in the App Store, it seems that lead times for approval have gotten much longer. It will probably be mid-September when I submit 2.1, which will mean it will be in the App Store late September or early October, depending on the approval process.

12 Strikes When upgrading to iPhone OS 3.0: Simply backup your iPhone data before the upgrade, then reinstall 12 Strikes after the upgrade. All data will be preserved in the backup.

Can you add things to this app like the "Frames" software has? For example, where the bowler is beginning on the approach and the target at the arrows.
