1MileFitness I just saw this training tip in the book Body, Mind, & Sport When to Rest - Determine your average Heart Rate first thing in the morning. (Take your wake up pulse several days in a row) If the Heart rate increases or decreases 10 or more beats per minute above or below the average, rest that day. Exercise less, dont...' overschedule, and as much as possible, take it easy until the heart rate returns to normal.

Katelyn is selling cookies. I love how everyone knows exactly what they want they don't even look at the form. My trick is to stick them immediately in the freezer and only defrost a few cookies at a time to set out. If the whole box is on the counter the whole box will be gone.

If your running form is good, you should never get bloody nipples. The arms should go front to back, not side to side. Bloody nipples are a clear indicator of bad form. I've never once even had a slightly irritated nipple. Well...not from running, anyway! ;-) B-)
