(Take your wake up pulse several days in a row) If the Heart rate increases or decreases 10 or more beats per minute above or below the average, rest that day. It is one thing to say you are going to do something..., it is more to write it down, and best to put all of it down on a visual project that you can remind yourself throughout the year!
