24 Hours of Booty Get decked out in orange or your 24 Hours of Booty team jersey and join us at the Monday, Oct. 12 Charlotte City Council meeting when City Council Member Andy Dulin presents an official proclamation for “24 Hours of Booty Day.” The presentation will take place at 7:00 p.m. in Room 267 at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Gover...nment Center at 600 E. Fourth Street in Uptown Charlotte. Everyone is welcome – bring your friends, family and colleagues. Meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Government Center lobby for a group photo and join us following the presentation for a post-event reception (7:30-9:00 p.m.) at Fox and Hound located at 330 N. Tryon Street .

The Booty is a Great Event. My wife and I came from Mentor, Ohio and it was well worth the trip. The Booty Organization did a great job setting up the event, providing everything including a nice course, campground, food, bike support and a great rider package. Saturday became a real challenge with the cold non-stop rain, I finally had to stop ... See Moreabout 11. Got back on the course at about 6 on Sunday, which turned out to be really nice, and I was able to hit my goal by around 2 pm. The people you are riding for provide the inspiration/motivation to push you beyond what you think you can accomplish which makes the ride a rewarding experience. This, along with helping support organizations that fight cancer and help cancer patients makes the Booty a great evert. Next year we are planning to do the Charlotte Booty and may do both. Thanks to everyone at the 24 Hours of Booty organization.

First of all a big THANK YOU to all the volunteers and police officers who stood out there to make sure we were safe. Even though we had to cut it early on Saturday night because of the cold rain we almost reached our mile goal of 200. I agree with everyone else that the hill is a "nice touch" by the end. Great to see some kids out there and it was a great supported event. See everyone next year.
