The Aeolian Winds of Pittsburgh presented the world premiere of the new Second Suite from Razumov on November 9, 2008, in Pittsburgh. The ensemble "5 for Dinner" will give the New York premiere on July 26 as part of the Composers Voice FREE concert series.
The Second Suite from Razumov was commissioned by a consortium o...f twenty wind quintet ensembles from around the world. The Mexico City Wind Quintet gave the Latin American premiere on March 23, 2009, and the Avenue Winds will give the California premiere on July 18, 2009, at the San Francisco Chamber Wind Festival.
