US$500,000 (RM1.6mil) Iskandar Johor Open.

The 2nd Iskandar Johor Open will be played at the Royal Johor Country Club (RJCC) in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, from 30 Oct - 2 Nov, 2008. Some of the top names in the Asian Tour will be vying for the US$500,000 winner's purse. This is 60 per cent increase in prize money from the inaugural tournament last year.

The championship is supported by the Johor state government and Iskandar Malaysia - the regional authority charged with the responsibility of transforming south Johor into an economic dynamo by 2025.

This is just a reminder to block the dates in your sports assignment calendar. We will be in touch with you shortly with regular updates and press releases. In the meantime, should you have any queries, please contact us via email at : mintmedia@yahoo.com
