ABET - Atlantic Beach Experimental Theatre Great review for THE ACT on Jacksonville.com

A rarely performed musical received an enthusiastic response Friday when Atlantic Beach Experimental Theatre opened its 18th season. "The Act" is an ambitious, big-time musical that works very well on the community theater's intimate stage.

You must not miss this show! Mixing poignancy with hilarity and great dancing, it will leave you smiling and tapping your toes. Peg Paschal does a tremendous job as the lead, and Leonard Alterman has some of the funniest lines. But "Arthur in the Afternoon" is a scene that will make you laugh hysterically. Get thyself to ABET this weekend.
