I agree! It's about time our political system wakes up to the fact that the "War on Drug's" has failed in regards to the Marijuana issue. Giving the legalization of Marijuana as a means of revenue for the states, instead of wasted tax payers money on prevention. Witch to date has not prevented or detoured the use of cannabis in the United States. Not to mention the burden on the already crowded state prisons and courts.

Though I agree with the legalization of marijuana and agree with the main arguments listed in this article I am suspect to its overall arguement. If marijuana should be legalized because the war on drugs has failed would he then think that it should still be illegal if the war on drugs was successful?
