This is an interesting little micro-interview here, but one issue I'd like to see addressed....will the physicians and nurses be ready for EHR's? I think that, until they are all on board and prepared, the question of whether or not the HIT professionals are ready is almost a moot point.

I agree. The real problem with eHR is that alot of doctors and nurses will still use paper charts over using a computer, both out of repition and stubberness.
