The AH&LEF Big Apple Auction began in 1993 and has become an annual event of the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show (IH/M&RS) held each year in November at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. It opens online in mid-October and closes the last day of the show.
