A&M Corner Initial buzz about the Grammy awards this year: they sucked, again! Something named "Taylor Swift" won itself a Grammy, and one pal of Rudy's said that since Swift won, they should also give Milli Vanilli THEIR Grammy back! :D Has music really deteriorated that much? Based on what I've heard of "Top 40" these days......I'd say, "yeah."

Was sad that Herb and Lani didn't get the Grammy for "Besame Mucho," but hey, we know they deserved it (and the nomination itself was quite an honor -- the "Anything Goes" CD came out without a lot of marketing or press, so it was great that Grammy nominators were on the ball!). Agree on Taylor Swift - her lack of live chops was pretty apparent on her duet with Stevie N.!

So if no one seems to know after i check the sight you recommended, do I get with Herb Alpert? Surely he must know what happened to his track. I have the soundtrack CD with Lani Hall singing at the end of the movie, but the Soundtrack CD does not include the musical version by Herb Alpert? He has to know what happened to his own track. I even ... See Morehave the movie on DVD with Herb Alpert playing on the end, but the soundtrack CD does not have the musical version of herb Alpert playing. So do I get a facebook answer from the man himself. I have everything Herb Alpert has ever made. I am about to get the album with him and Lani Hall. I want this track to complete my collection.

The only place to find Herb's part of "Never Say Never Again" is to get the DVD of the movie and it can be found played over the closing credits.
