FOR DIRECTIONS VIA TRANSIT:
METROBUS #2 (not the SMBBB) leaves from Westwood/LeConte (by the Burger King) about every half hour, in the direction of "Downtown LA." There are also #2 stops all along Hilgard from LeConte to Sunset if that's easier for people. People can also take Metrobus #305 Limited, (direction Imperial Station). It's a bit faster, but doesn't run as late. John's house is less than one block away from the bus stop at Sunset and Maple. The trip is about 15 minutes and costs $1.25, exact change only. On the return trip, either the westbound #2 or the #305 to UCLA/Westwood/PCH will work. They run about every half hour until a little after midnight.
