We just had a great state convention at the AMTA Indiana Chapter in Muncie, IN. Though numbers were a little lower than usual, we enjoyed an outstanding class by Marty Ryan, as well as networking and fun with other members.

This one-day introduction to therapeutic aromatherapy will empower you to use healing oils in your massage practice. Build client loyalty as you easily and swiftly bring clients into balance, lower stress levels, reduce pain, aid ...detoxification, and enhance physical and mental performance.
According to Prevention Magazine it is estimated 90% of all physical problems have emotional roots stored in the human subconscious. The easiest way to access stored emotions is through the sense of smell. In this class you will learn how the addition of therapeutic essential oils in massage facilitates a client's ability to quickly relax, manage stress, and release pain in the body, mind and emotions.
You'll see and feel muscles relax with just a drop or two of oil placed on your healing hands. As a therapist, you will benefit from the use of therapeutic oils that work for you as you work on your client. Reduce the need for extensive deep tissue work and deliver significant long-term results for your clients without wearing yourself out.

An incredible therapy that can be added into any massage and healing modality. This course includes education in history, theory and application of Massage Cupping™ therapy, along with demonstration of specific techni...ques. Massage Cupping™ bodywork greatly enhances the benefits of massage, decreases strain on the practitioner, and increases revenues through "add-on" services.
This technique has been created for bodywork and is powerfully therapeutic for many conditions. Massage therapy is effective in relieving chronic pain at old injury sites and can address conditions such as: fibromyalgia, diabetes, pre- and post-op edema and inflammation, chronic edema, scar tissue and adhesions, and cellulite. This versatile technique mimics massage movements ranging from deep tissue and myofascial release to the light pumping movements of lymphatic drainage. Used regularly, Massage Cupping™ bodywork therapy is a terrific approach to promoting wellness for our clients and ourselves.
