The full House Appropriations Committee will mark up the Labor, Health, Education and Transportation, HUD bill on Friday, July 17 at 9:00 a.m. The bill includes the $40 million stabilization funding for public television stations, and the mark up should include a robust discussion of this funding.

The House vote leaves intact the $20 million that the House Appropriations Committee ...restored to the PTFP program earlier this month. This is a major victory for public television.
