the from email address is not appropriate; hear should be here; "feel" is not a good business term--needs to be stronger word; BTW is slang--and so what, he's been in business 25 years, what is that benefit to customer. Did not include contact info. all caps title is not appropriate, looks like spam to me.

The all caps generic subject line pretty much guarantees the email would have been deleted without opening by 99% of the recipients. The ones that did open it would have been turned off by the CC to everyone. Misspellings and misuse of words signal sloppiness, and how does he know Mr. Carey will be opening it in the afternoon? That John didn't include his phone number is perfectly acceptable, as no one's going to call him back anyway.
