As a man thinketh, so is he. Once you realize that your world arises from your thoughts and emotions, that your outer situations reflect your inner state, you start to see a much larger pattern working in your life. You start to understand how your financial, relationship and health situations arise, why they are so, and how you can change them without fail. One of the patterns that you can now recognize as having a massive effect on your life is your self-talk pattern.
We all talk to ourselves in our minds. We hold this mental conversation with ourselves that never stops. It is on all day long, and it is about your world and you, you, you.You maintain your world by your self-talk. Remember, what you think about is what determines your next moments. The problem with self-talk is that it is mostly negative, it is limited to your limited ideas of what should be, and it is 90% repetitive. This is what keeps your world as it is. When you finally stop the self-talk, your world takes on a renewed magnificence, it goes back to the way it naturally should be, optimistic and positive.
There are three kinds of people.
There are those that are not even aware that they are having a mental conversation with themselves in their head all the time. They don't know. If you ask them "What are you thinking about?" they can't even remember what they were thinking about just a couple of seconds ago.
Then there are those who know they have mental self-talk, but they are unable to control its direction and unable to turn it off.
Finally, there is a small fraction of the population that can turn it off completely. These are the masters. They have managed this feat simply by choosing to. They have chosen to quiet the mind and become aware. Their mind is where the body is and not running of in a permanent dreamland that is all about tomorrow and yesterday. But the only way the mind can be where the body is is by being quite and simply observant without comment, judgement or thought.
As long as you keep your self-talk on, you will be bound to repeat the same path, the same choices, the same errors, over and over. There is nothing new and nothing fresh. The reason is simply because you keep repeating the same self-talk.
90% of the 50,000 thoughts you have per day are repetitive.How would life be without self-talk?
Imagine that life is a river called Life. Life is always flowing, always fresh, always progressive and powerful, always clear and clean. Now imagine that your self-talk is a garbage truck parked by the side of that river. Now, as long as you keep dumping trash into the river, the river will be covered in flowing trash, because you are dumping it in there all day long. The moment you stop dumping the trash, it will take just a few moments for the river to clear and go back to its natural reality.People think that their thinking is what helps them.
Thinking is like any other tool. The right amount of it at the right time is useful, but too much is destructive and polluting. You probably need to think about 10% of the time only, no more.
Audit your thoughts today. See what you are thinking about. Set an alarm on your watch to go off every 10 minutes. When it goes off, say 'wake up!' to yourself and ask yourself what you were thinking of, whether it had any scenarios of things going wrong, any negativity, and so on. You will be shocked to see how much crap is probably going on in your head. Become aware of your self-talk and stop it.
Look around.
See the world as it is, without commentary and judgement. Don't think. Wait. At the right time, your spirit will give you the appropriate Thought. The other mental noise is not real Thought. It is the ego camouflaging its fears by creating all sorts of noise and calling it 'thinking'. Real thought is clear, powerful, decisive, and lovingly without fear. It is a statement of pure knowing.When you stop your self-talk, you create a vacuum. Have intent on what you wish your life to be, and hold the essence of that intent always, but don't obsess mentally about it. Have an intent that will not bend, but don't obese mentally about it. Simply know that what you intend will be so and leave it at that. You can visualize your intent every now and then. In fact, you should visualize your intent once in a while, perhaps twice or thrice a day, for visualization is creative and highly powerful. But that's it; no need to obsess. Create a vacuum. Let nature fill it.
Life is a magnificent force. When you stop filling your cup with littleness, it will fill it with greatness. Life cannot show you what it truly is if you keep telling it how it should be.
When you drop your self-talk, the most amazing accomplishments begin to happen, because your self-talk, based on littleness, is what replenishes and maintains a world of littleness instead of grandeur.

Mind Control & You
{courtesy of Karol Gajda}
I have a secret to share and I want to apologize for not telling you sooner. I'm a long time student of mind control. I've been using it selfishly for far too long and I think it's about time I shared my top secret technique with you and the rest of the world.
Before you get any ideas…
The mind I control is my own. You too can control your mind to magically force yourself to accomplish things you previously thought impossible. The problem with a lot of people not reaching their goals is they haven't properly brainwashed themselves. This isn't just about positive thoughts and affirmations or writing down your goals.
While that stuff is all well and good it doesn't produce results like my Mind Control Method. {Patent Pending or something.}
You should know, in advance of learning Mind Control, that failing is normal. That said, if done right {it will take you a few tries}, this has a 100% success rate. Since a very young age I've had the incredible ability to achieve, acquire, or do virtually anything I've ever wanted. And the reason is I use the Mind Control Method. When I was in 6th grade I used Mind Control to get a full University scholarship. {I don't know how it is where you live, but in the U.S. Uni is very expensive.} It materialized 6 years later and I never had to pay for the Computer Science degree I didn't use. :-)
In 8th grade I used Mind Control to pay for a class trip to Chicago, Illinois.
While in University I used Mind Control to keep from ever having to get a job and to build a $100,000+ per year business at age 23. I have many more examples, but you know I hate fluff so that's enough of that…
How To Perform Mind Control {On Yourself!}
Write down what you want to happen in letter form. That is, write a letter {not a sentence; a detailed letter} to your future self explaining what already happened {even though it hasn't happened yet}. Date the letter and specify the date your goal was reached.
If you don't know how to begin let me help start you off:
"Hey [your name], You already know all of this by now, but some amazing things have happened in the last 6 months…"
And then start explaining what you did and how you did it even though it hasn't been done yet. Sounds complicated. It's not. Just do it. It's essential to the brainwashing aspect of Mind Control Method.
"Karol, WTF, you just said writing down goals doesn't work!"
That's not exactly true, so please bear with me here.
Read the letter aloud. Seemingly insignificant, but auditory stimulation is important in Mind Control.
Believe. Do you believe what you just read aloud? If not, start over with Step 1. That means throw away your letter. Don't use it as a "draft" for your new letter. Start over. Clean slate.
If you write something like "Man, it's so cool that I won the lottery. Life is so good now." the Mind Control Method won't work. Why? Because there is absolutely no way you will ever truly believe you won the lottery. Keep repeating Steps 1-3 until you have the wording so vividly clear that it feels like what is in the letter has already happened.
Take action. This step is where I feel like you might get caught up. But it doesn't have to be difficult. Begin the process of doing what your future self already knows has been done. Take it step by step as you've already described in the letter.
The whole Mind Control Method process should take hours, not minutes. It's not a fast process whatsoever. If you find yourself not enjoying the process it may be because what you're writing about in your letter isn't something you truly want. I've never taught or talked about my Mind Control Method before. I always had a feeling people might think it's dumb and wouldn't use it. Which would be a waste of time all around.
I know you'll use it, because you're a Ridiculously Extraordinary Person. We don't try. We do. We use The Iron Mind and we take action.
Go, go, go!
