Just saw this in "updates" and it didn't show up in the inbox. And even though it is an update, it was unclear as to where it could be responded to. The discussion features at Facebook in groups, causes, profiles...leave a lot to be desired.

The AboutUs.org site has been unavailable all night and remains so this morning. The problem is due to a "denial of service" attack where many thousands of computers around the internet are subverted and directed to flood one data center with unwanted traffic. The AboutUs.org equipment is fine, it is just not reachable through the jammed connections leading to our Seattle, Washington facility. Our engineering staff in Seattle, and those of our partners there, are working this problem. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
