Century 100 is absolutely the best. Absente and Grande Absente are so-so. Mansinthe is not too bad. I'll report on Delaware Phoenix when it becomes an acceptable drinking hour today!

Some people like to soke the sugar in Absinthe before they add it, then they light it on fire, and add the water to extinguish the fire. . . I don't know why, because the fire burns alot of the alcohol away :(
