How awesome. They want to guilt-trip us when we're at home wasting time on Facebook and we notice this and actually get some work done. Good idea!

Or they want us to waste more time on this at Uni.

Thereby creating further congestion
Thereby justifying a new computer room where Rumours used to be.

Thereby bringing lots of money to the uni through student-contribution internet usage.
