I've been having all sorts of problems with Adium and Facebook. I think it's Facebook problem.

adium/facebook problems are annoying. fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon. also hopefully there'll be ichat capabilities in the next release?

HELP! I'm having the same problem. I keep getting a FACEBOOK Capcha popup asking me to verify my birthday. When I do, I continue to get the same popup! Then when I try to delete FACEBOOK from my Adium accounts, Adium crashes and closes! HELP! If anyone figures this out, please let me know and I will do the same.

I found this on Adium's website

"Due to what appears to be a protocol change, Facebook chat is currently not working. The author of our Facebook plugin is working on a fix. We’ll keep you posted on any new releases that fix it.

In the meantime, feel free to send Facebook some feedback about wanting an official (as in, we don’t mimic the web browser) Facebook chat protocol. If they implement something that isn’t subject to breaking, we’d be able to avoid problems such as this."

I am still having problems. I sign in and for the most part it works but sometimes it goes into a cycle of connecting and disconnecting. it also causes facebook to log out in safari every 10 or so minutes
