Adrenalin Pedstop A week after our trip to Santa Pod, we went to Elvington for another spot of drag racing. A few tweaks were made to the Zip which, if all went to plan, should have yielded some better quarter mile times. Our pilot, Josh Brown, launched the Zip well off the line. Alas, a heat seize in the last 100 yards meant that scoot... rolled over the line at 15.8 seconds terminating at 60mph. Things can only get better... Check out the vid:

Sunday 11 October, 2009. Quarter mile testing. Josh Brown pilots Adrenalin's Polini-prepped 70cc Piaggio Zip at Santa Pod, the UK's premiere drag strip. 16 year old James Newbold can be seen racing alongside Josh on a Italjet Dragster based sprinter. Soundtrack: 'Bounce' by Keaver & Brause.
