Sorry to hear of your health problems. Have you tried natural remedies such as st john's wort for depression. Also do you exercise regularly? It can help to relieve tension and help you sleep better at night. Have you considered yoga or tai chi? This is a good way to tone the body and calm the mind.
Sometimes illnesses can be caused by a deficiency of some sort. I take a liquid mineral supplement, antioxidants and a probiotic each day. The foods we eat today often lack the required amounts of trace minerals and vitamins.
