Sopranos actor/filmmaker, Turk Pipkin visits our Masai women who work in the nursery. These trees, which now stand at over 20 feet tall, are only 1 year old. We are a reforestation and wildlife conservation group trying to combat Global Warming.

Africa Conservation Trust Due to unfortunate circumstances, Stacy Harris will no longer be working with Africa Conservation Trust. I am sad to say bye and I will really miss my Masai friends. I am leaving the program in the hands of the Chairman, Adam Tuller, so I trust he will do a quality job maintaining the program. I will never forget th...e relationship I developed with the Masai, especially the women and children. They are wonderful people and God willing, I will see them in the future. Thanks for all your support. I still remember being a naive American when I filmed this video. It was truly one of the best experiences I had in my life. I will be back in America shortly so I will see you soon. God Bless!

Participate in the opening of the new Community Watering Area. We will sup...ply clean water daily to the local Masai and a community garden, with fruits and vegetables, will be established for the women. In addition, a grass area and watering trough will be available for the livestock.

A film about our Masai workers was created by Sopranos actor and filmmaker, Turk Pipken, and will be showcased at the Miami Short Film Festival. Under the new environment category "The World We Own", the video is one of 8 films selected worldwide to participate in the festival.
The short film chronicles the daily lives... of Masai women in southern Kenya and how climate change is negatively effecting rural Africans. The film shows that there is a way to combat global warming through planting trees and developing vulnerable African communities.
