Utah State University Admissions Utah State University Admissions is hosting an open house in St. George tomorrow from 6-8 PM at the Dixie Center. Students who meet parameters will be awarded scholarships on the spot, so bring your ACT and/or SAT scores and your transcripts! And as always, you'll enjoy some world famous Aggie Ice Cream!

Ron I ate Aggie Ice Cream almost everyday I was a student at USU! It's been almost 5 years since I have been in Logan, but will be back in 2010 for a 50th year Logan High School Reunion, and boy, that store better be well stocked as I will be there every day I spend in Logan! INDIAN KULFI ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
1,5 ltr Milk
12 pcs Cardamom, Fine Ground
100 grm Fine Sigar
15 grm Pistachio
60 grm Almond, Ground
165 grm Whipp Cream Extra (min. 36% Fett)
Mix Milk, Cream, Cardamom, Sugar, Almond and 10 grm Pistachio with mixer.
Pour into ice cream machine and run the ice cream machine according to the fa...ctory instructions.
When ready, top with the rest of Pistachio to decorate. Good Luck !
