Scott Sibley chose to bring the programs of AIDSWalk to Richmond after loosing a life long friend to AIDS. This friend was "as close you could be to brotherhood without being in the same family".
This man was Scott's friend from the age of 4 and they did just about everything together, including saving the lives of other people. The friend was ashamed to say he was HIV positive and never sought treatment and died at the age of 26.
