Remember the days when looking in a mirror brought feelings of anxiety and dissatisfaction (and may still)? Do you want to help your daughter develop a positive body image that brings out confidence and esteem when she herself looks in the mirror?

Do you see the trouble girls face with food, eating, body image and self-esteem but aren't sure how best to connect with – and support – your own daughter around these issues?

This negative media message is reaching our children at a very early age sometimes without us even realizing it.
Now, more than ever, young girls need to discover their uniqueness based on WHO they are, not WHAT they look like!
BUT that’s easier said than done – right?
Girls need some help.
They feel frustrated, isolated and confused as they try to navigate through this endless information only to be convinced that if they want to “fit in” they must shape their body to fit the fashion template of the day.
As there mothers’, we try to counter these messages only to be met with, “you’re my mother, you have to say I’m pretty”.
