Aimee Perrin has been a culinary genius since and early age, growing up in her mother's kitchen and helping with the preparation of delicious meals for the family. When she went to work for Good Earth Natural Foods back in the late 1970's she discovered her talent for preparing food that was not only delicious but full of health and vitality.

When she arrived at the doorstep of the raw food movement, Aimee set about using her amzing gift for making healthful food simple and satisfying while she "unlearned" how to cook.
