AlbemarleFamily After last week's tragic fire, the City of Charlottesville is urging all households to make sure smoke detectors are installed and working. If you live in the city and need a new smoke detector, call the Charlottesville Fire Department at 970-3245. Fire staff will come install one at no charge to you.
