David C. Mccalvin AMAZING that someone that you don't even know can touch your life!!! Thanks to the family for sharing this truly touching story!!!! His life was a double edged sword, living free and living by his own rules sort of speak, and seemed to be actually happy! But sad that he finally realized and quoted " Happiness only real when shared". and to think that the only way that he could share his happiness, was to die. RIP SUPERTRAMP!!!!!!!!

This man changed my outlook on life. I will never be the same person I was before I read his story. I truly see him as an inspiration in my life and I only hope to live my life like he lived his... FREE. Free from society, free from all the little things that were created in the 21st century. I hope to not only visit the Magic Bus, but live off the land for a while, at least a week in the Alaskan wilderness to get a taste of what he really felt.
