Golfers of every capability come to our tournaments. The best ball format makes it a great day for everybody. You don't have to be a good golfer to golf with us. But, if you golf with ATCA you will support the ATCA Scholarship Fund and then you will be doing good. The tournament is at Osprey's Golf Club at Belmont... Bay on Thursday, July 16 with an 8:30 shotgun start. Registration includes lunch, awards reception following, and a great day of networking. The Osprey Club is in Woodbridge, Virginia overlooking the Occoquan River with a full-service pro shop. Just off Interstate 95 about 15 minutes from the Washington Beltway, Osprey's Golf Club is easily accessible from anywhere in the greater Washington D.C. area.
While prices are going up on almost everything, the golf prices for the tournament will remain the same as last year. Members can play for $100 and non-members and guests play for $150. In addition to holding the line on price we are having a cookout lunch at the awards reception this year.

ATCA’s annual program provides an in-depth brief of the FAA’s spending plans by senior FAA officials. This year’s FY2010 edition is a great opportunity to hear discussions of the budget details that impact aviation. ATCA’s “FAA Budget Briefing to Industry” will be held on June 12th at the Marriott Fairview Park in Fal...ls Church, Virginia. A series of briefings kicks off with a networking continental breakfast at 7:30-8:30 a.m. You can see the agenda and register now at www.atca.org. The program is always concise and insightful, and is a highly rated event by past attendees. Agenda Highlights
This year’s sessions include an overview of the FAA Budget for FY2010, moderated by Rob Tucker, Director of Capital Expenditures, FAA and featuring Benito DeLeon, Director of Airport Planning & Programming, FAA; Peggy Gilligan, Associate Administrator, AVS, FAA; Eugene Juba, Senior VP for Finance Services, FAA; and Ramesh Punwani, Chief Financial Officer, FAA. The agenda also includes a session on NEXTGEN and Research Programs with Dr. Michael Romanowski, Director, NextGen Integration & Implementation Office, FAA and Barry Scott, Director, Aviation Research & Technology Development Office, FAA.
Attendees can also expect to hear about the stimulus plan and how that will impact spending, and future contracting opportunities and vehicles on the horizon.
