All Aboard Washington Amtrak's Gay Banks Olson was on KIRO TV news tonight. She said that ridership today out of King St. Station hit an all time one day record for Amtrak. About 500 more passengers that the day before Thanksgiving last year.

Nov. 18, 2009 - Lakewood officials are absolutely right to challenge the state’s proposed Point Defiance bypass project that would send Amtrak passenger trains hurtling through the city at 79 mph. They would be seriously remiss if they didn’t.
