Things are quiet at FIM right now. Steve is the only one out of the office, but will be back soon. He's visiting Calvary Bible College where one of our board members (Elwood Chipchase) is the president.

Each Wednesday we focus on praying for FIM missionaries immediately after lunch. We each are assigned one missionary to pray for specifically. The list rotates each week so we cover everyone over time. We also pray for the concerns that might have come up through the last week. One item this week was the injury to Josiah Klontz. He fell on a plastic close pin which rammed into the roof of his mouth. Several stitches later, it looks like he'll be okay, but you can be sure he'll avoid close pins for awhile.

Many other items for prayer also come up. Some are sensitive in nature, some are opportunities to rejoice, and some are set backs in ministry. We pray for the safe passage of materials, the birth of children, ministry events, opportunities and sometimes even software.

Tuesday and Wednesday of this week is set aside by our Leadership Team to step out of the office and pray for the ministries of FIM missionaries. Please pray with us that God would be glorified through the directions of the work that FIM has going on through out the world.

Pray for our Board of Directors today as they meet to discuss issues of FIM direction as they do on a quarterly basis.
